Fake news divide, Christmas connects us!
Send real Christmas postcards and gifts and support media literacy programs for young people.
Social media brings us closer than ever, but also divides us more and more. Online communication is here to stay, but we can make hate, disinformation, intolerance and division go away. We educate young people to use social media in a responsible, inclusive and empowering way, for them and for others. We aim to make young people to use social media as an educative inclusive platform – to listen, care, connect, engage, share responsibly, create and generate inclusive and relevant content.
Christmas has the power to bring us together in a way that no online communication platform was able to do so far. On Christmas we are more open to listen, connect, engage and show our care towards others.
We invite you to share Christmas messages with strangers, friends or family, and empower with your care our media literacy programs for young people.
HOW DOES THE CAMPAIGN WORK?
- We collect messages from people all over the world. All you need to do to contribute is fill out the form below and send a message to Norway.
- We have an exhibition at Oslo city center on 4th and 5th of December where people visiting the exhibition pick randomly one of the messages (yours too) and writes a personalized massage back on a postcard designed by refugee children living in Norway.
- You receive the postcard back you the address you provide below.
- If you wish you may also support our activities by sending a small gift to a friend/family/colleague or by donating directly to our projects.
