The aim of the project is to support young leaders but diverse backgrounds and encourage them to work on issues of inclusion and diversity so that they can stand stronger with their opinions and views and have a stronger voice in the community for the groups and organizations they represent and work with.

  • to establish a network between young people, people from voluntary organizations working on inclusion and diversity, and professionals from the media industry for
  • supporting young leaders so that they can promote their work and become role models in society;
  • developing young leaders’ communication and digital skills that they can once again use to train other young people from their communities and support their inclusion in the labor market;
  • to develop tools for voluntary organizations, which can be used for better communication with stakeholders, to combat discrimination and hate speech from the community and combat all forms of exclusion.
  • to strengthen the competence of NGOs so that they can communicate with young people in a better and more effective way.
  • to strengthen the competence of NGOs so that they can advance their cases and combat all forms of exclusion, by enhancing the communication skills of their young leaders or young staff / volunteers.

Project Activities

1. Strategic storytelling workshop and networking evening

At the Strategic storytelling workshop, we will inspire and tell how a good story can be developed and used as a strategic communication and advocacy element and a management tool. February 2-3, 2019

2. Online communication and storytelling tools

We have developed an online tool to support organizations in providing education to their target audience (focusing on young people with immigrant backgrounds) to improve in digital and intercultural communication. The tool includes workshop scenarios to enable young people and NGOs to develop workshops for other young people to develop the aforementioned skills.
