The PA14 program “Cultural Entrepreneurship, Cultural Heritage and Cultural Exchange”  (hereinafter referred to as the RO-CULTURE Program ) has as general objective the consolidation of economic and social development through cultural cooperation, cultural entrepreneurship and cultural heritage management .
