Project Description:
The project aims to empower young people and youth workers by enhancing their skills through the use of digital tools for advocacy. The objectives of the project are to:
- Provide young people with a platform to become more active citizens and advocate for their positions.
- Enhance the capacity of youth organizations in digital advocacy.
- Optimize current approaches to digital advocacy.
- Create more dynamic and impactful opportunities for youth organizations, fostering cooperation at the EU level.
Implementation:
The following activities will be implemented to achieve the project’s objectives:
- Development of a comprehensive report.
- Collection of best practices for advocacy campaigns.
- Focus on impact & dissemination strategies.
- Organization of multiplier events to disseminate the work packages (WPs).
- Creation of an educational toolkit.
- Launch of an online hub/platform dedicated to youth advocacy issues.
- Learning training activities for participants.
- Online speed-dating meetings between young people and CSOs in each partner country.
- Youth-led workshops in each partner country.
- Creation of a network for collaboration.
- A final event to present and celebrate the project’s results.
Expected Results:
By the end of the project, there will be a clear understanding of the current state of digital advocacy in the partner countries. The project will have developed an optimized approach to digital advocacy, ensuring maximum impact. An online hub will be available, offering a holistic approach to digital advocacy and facilitating networking between young people and CSOs. This will empower youth to engage and advocate for the issues that matter most to them.
